China's fertilizer export regulations are entering a new phase of standardized management. According to Announcement No. 97 of 2026 issued by the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC), mandatory export inspection requirements will officially apply to ammonium sulphate (HS Code 3102210000) and ammonium sulphate/nitrate double salts and mixtures (HS Code 3102290000) from July 16, 2026.
The new policy strengthens export compliance requirements and places greater emphasis on product quality, inspection procedures and operational coordination.
